Blackstone Landscaping Update: Friday September 11th

This week, Premier Environmental crews continued focused maintenance throughout the Blackstone HOA slopes,with emphasis on reducing overgrown plant material, improving appearance, maintaining drainage areas, andaddressing irrigation needs.

Slope Maintenance & Heavy Trimming
Crews performed heavy trimming throughout the slopes, cutting back overgrown shrubs, groundcover, and otherplant material. Extra attention was given to areas with significant growth to bring the slopes back into a cleaner,controlled, and uniform condition.

Weed & Debris Removal
Crews removed weeds, accumulated debris, and excess plant material throughout the slope areas. Trimmingsgenerated during maintenance were collected and removed from the work areas.

V-Ditch & Drainage Cleanup
Concrete V-ditches and drainage channels were cleaned of plant growth, weeds, leaves, and debris to helpmaintain clear drainage paths and proper water flow.

Irrigation Work
Irrigation lines and components throughout the slopes were inspected while crews worked through each area.Necessary adjustments and repairs were addressed to improve coverage and support the health of the slopelandscaping.

Tree Maintenance
Trees located throughout the slopes were trimmed as part of the maintenance rotation. Crews reduced excess growth where needed and maintained appropriate clearance while improving the overall appearance of the slopetrees.

Weekly Maintenance Overview
This week, crews continued the scheduled landscape maintenance rotation throughout the Blackstone community, with aprimary focus on Sorano along Coalinga, Rotation 4, irrigation inspections, weed control, debris cleanup, turf maintenance,and slope/tree trimming.

Sorano - Coalinga Slope Maintenance

Crews started trimming the slopes throughout Sorano along Coalinga as part of the current maintenance rotation. Workincluded trimming and shaping slope groundcover, cleaning edges, spraying visible weeds, removing landscape debris,and checking irrigation throughout the work areas. Crews are continuing to inspect for broken sprinklers, leaks, damagedcomponents, and areas requiring irrigation adjustments.

Rotation 4 & Monument Areas

Crews also started Rotation 4 and touched several monument and high-visibility areas. General trimming, cleanup, weedcontrol, and landscape detailing were performed, with additional areas to continue as the rotation progresses.

Turf Maintenance & Irrigation

All scheduled turf areas were mowed and serviced. Crews continued checking sprinklers and irrigation coverage whileperforming routine maintenance.
